ABOUT CAREBRIDGE

Everything around your treatment.

CareBridge Canada coordinates healthcare travel for people living in Canada who are considering dental work, hair restoration, aesthetic treatment or surgery in Albania. We read your case, take it to a partner clinic in Tirana, and come back with a written recommendation, an estimated cost range in Canadian dollars and a realistic timeline — how many visits, how far apart, and how long you would need to stay.

Once you decide to go ahead, the trip is built around the appointment dates the clinic sets: flights, a hotel near the clinic, transfers, and the free days placed where recovery allows them. Every clinical decision stays with the clinic — the diagnosis, whether a treatment suits you, the technique, the final price and the aftercare instructions are made by licensed professionals there. What we take on is the organising, the translating and the following up, with one coordinator in English from your first message until the last review after you are home.

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS

Six steps, and who decides at each one.

Most of the worry about treatment abroad comes from not knowing what the next step is, or who is responsible when something has to be decided. So here is the whole sequence, written out, including the points where the answer may be no.

  1. 01Your decision

    You send the case

A few photographs, what you are considering, anything you already have from a dentist or doctor at home, and the months you could realistically travel. We check that it is something our partner clinics actually take on, and put it in front of them in the form they need. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged at this point.

  2. 02The clinic decides

    The clinic reviews it

Licensed professionals at the partner clinic look at what you sent and say what they would propose, what they would need to see in person, and what cannot be judged from photographs. If your case is not suitable for treatment abroad, you are told so. That is a normal outcome, not a failed enquiry, and it costs you nothing.

  3. 03Your decision

    You receive a written proposal

The recommended clinic, an estimated cost range in Canadian dollars, how many visits are needed and how far apart, and how long you would have to stay. The estimate is a range, not a quote: the final price is set by the clinic after it has examined you. You can stop here and owe nothing.

  4. 04We organise, you approve

The trip is built around the appointments

Flights, a hotel near the clinic, airport transfers, and the free days placed where the clinic says recovery allows them. You have one coordinator, in English, who has a direct line to the clinic. You see and approve the dates before anything is booked.

  5. 05We stay reachable

    While you are in Tirana

You are not left to manage a foreign clinic on your own. Someone who speaks both languages is reachable throughout the stay, and if an appointment moves, the travel around it is rearranged rather than left to you.

  6. 06The clinic advises, we relay

    After you fly home

We keep the line to the treating clinic open for follow-up questions and remote reviews. Aftercare instructions and any answer about your treatment come from the clinical team that treated you — we make sure the question reaches them and that you get the reply.

  • Verified partner clinics

PARTNER CLINICS

Two clinics, not a directory.

We work with two clinics in Tirana rather than a long list, so we know how each one runs, who to reach, and what it can and cannot take on.

Brianza Dent in Tirana

Accredited day-hospital dental clinic

Brianza Dent

Tirana, Albania

Brianza Dent has treated patients in Tirana since 1998 and is run as a licensed day hospital, with seven departments working under one roof — implantology, aesthetic dentistry, prosthetics and therapy, orthodontics, oral surgery, sedation and children’s dentistry. Because the dentist, the surgeon, the orthodontist and the laboratory sit in the same building, a case that would be divided between several providers at home can be planned as a single course of treatment, which is what makes a treatment trip practical in the first place. Conscious sedation is available for patients who need it, and the clinical team decides whether it is appropriate after an individual assessment.

Eteris Clinic Day Hospital in Tirana

Aesthetic surgery and wellness partner

Eteris Clinic Day Hospital

Tirana, Albania

Eteris Clinic Day Hospital works across facial surgery, breast surgery and body contouring, hair restoration, and a published programme of medically supervised health therapies. Procedures are planned around an individual consultation rather than a fixed package: the surgical team sets the technique, the number of visits and the recovery guidance for each patient, and says plainly what cannot be judged before an in-person examination. Its day-hospital model means a number of procedures are carried out with same-day discharge, with the treating team confirming what applies to your case and scheduling the review appointments before you travel.

FLIGHTS AND CUSTOM TRIP

Treatment dates and flight dates have to agree.

So we look at both together, before anything is booked.

YYZ to TIA

Direct Toronto to Tirana option

Air Transat has announced weekly non-stop Toronto Pearson (YYZ) to Tirana (TIA) service starting June 18, 2026 for the summer program. Availability depends on travel dates and airline schedules.

Flexible routing

Connected routes when needed

For dates outside direct-flight availability, CareBridge can help patients compare connected routes through major European hubs before confirming clinic timing.

Tailored plan

Custom Albania stay

Your trip can include clinic appointments, hotel recommendations, airport transfers, and optional recovery-friendly leisure time when the partner clinic confirms it is suitable.

Beach add-on

2-3 beach days near Tirana

Durrës and nearby Golem can be added as a short Adriatic beach stay before or after treatment, depending on the procedure, recovery instructions, and appointment schedule.

What a planned trip includes

  • Flight schedule review before clinic dates are confirmed
  • Hotel suggestions in Tirana or near the coast
  • Optional Durrës or Golem beach extension for 2-3 days
  • Transfers between airport, hotel, clinic, and beach area
  • Leisure time planned around medical guidance, not against it

BEFORE YOU COMMIT

The questions people ask us first.

Answered the way we would answer them on the phone, including where the answer is no.

What does it cost me to ask?

Nothing. The case review, the clinic recommendation and the estimate are free, and nothing is reserved or paid until you say so in writing.

Who decides whether I can have the treatment?

Licensed professionals at the partner clinic. CareBridge does not diagnose, does not assess whether a procedure suits you, and does not give medical advice at any point.

Is the estimate the price I will pay?

No, and we would rather say so plainly. The estimate is a range based on what the clinic can see remotely. The final price is confirmed after the in-person assessment, before any treatment begins.

What if the clinic says no?

You are told, with the reason the clinic gives, and nothing is charged. Some cases are better treated at home, and a clinic that says so is doing its job.

What happens to the photographs I send?

They go to the partner clinic for the review and are used for nothing else. If you would like them removed afterwards, ask and they are removed.

Will everything be in English?

Yes. Your coordinator works in English and is present for the communication with the clinic, so nothing depends on your understanding Albanian.

Start with a case review.

Send photos and what you are considering. A coordinator comes back with the clinic recommendation, an estimated cost range and a timeline — at no cost to you, and with nothing booked until you say so.
